You can view object details from several pages: Home page. When opened from the home page, first a list of objects is shown. The list shows the objects of your scheduled tasks. Task details page. When opened from the Task details page, the details of the task object are shown. This topic explains how to view object details from the home page. Procedure 1. On the DynaRent Mobile app home page, tap 'My objects'. Note: Or on the Task details page, tap 'Object information'. 2. On the My objects page, in the list of objects, expand the desired object, and tap '>'. Notes You can also search for and view the details of objects that are not related to your scheduled tasks. To do so: On the My objects page, tap the 'Search objects' icon . In the 'Search objects' field, type (a part of) the object number, serial number, or city. View and register object meter values View and register object meter values For an object, meters can be set up in D365 FO. In the DynaRent Mobile app, for each meter, you can view the latest registered value. You can also register a new meter value. When you confirm a new meter value: The latest meter transaction is replaced with the transaction of the newly registered meter value. In D365 FO, on the Business object meters page, for the applicable meter, a transaction is added with the newly registered meter value. Note: If you work offline, the transaction is only created when you synchronize to D365 FO. Procedure 1. On the Object details page, tap 'Meters'. 2. To make sure the latest registered meter values are shown, in the action bar, tap the 'refresh' icon: 3. To register a meter value, in the action bar, tap '+'. 4. In the Meter field, select the desired meter. 5. In the Meter value field, enter the current meter value. 6. Tap 'Confirm'. Notes The DynaRent Mobile app only supports meters of type Reading. If several meters are defined for an object, you can also search for a specific meter. To do so, on the Meter transactions page, in the Search meters field , type (a part of) the desired meter name. View object attachments View object attachments You can view the attachments of an object. In D365 FO, you can add attachments to a business object. These attachments are shown in the DynaRent Mobile app. Note: Only attachments of type URL are supported by the DynaRent Mobile app. Procedure 1. On the Object details page, tap 'Attachments'. Note: At the right/top of the ´Attachments´ icon, an indicator shows the number of attachments. 2. To make sure all existing object attachments are shown, in the action bar, tap the 'refresh' icon: 3. To open an attachment, on the Attachments page, tap the desired attachment entry. View object information View object information You can view some general information about the object. Procedure 1. On the Object details page, tap 'Object information'. View object location View object location You can view the current location of the object. The object location is shown on a map and also the location address is shown. Procedure 1. On the Object details page, tap 'Object location'. 2. In the View field, select an option. 3. You can zoom in and out on the map. Move the Zoom slider to the left to zoom out or to the right to zoom in. Note: The object location is shown in the center of the map. View upcoming maintenance for object View upcoming maintenance for object Based on the maintenance plans, as defined for an object in D365 FO, upcoming maintenance on the object is known. You can view the upcoming maintenance in the DynaRent Mobile app. So, the upcoming maintenance as shown is only based on the applicable maintenance plans. So, no other scheduled tasks on the object are shown. Procedure 1. On the Object details page, expand the 'Upcoming maintenance' section. View maintenance history of object View maintenance history of object You can view the maintenance history of the object. The maintenance history shows the past maintenance tasks for the object. In the maintenance history, the maintenance history records are shown that exist for the object in D365 FO. You can find the maintenance history in D365 FO on the Business objects page, Action Pane, Maintenance tab, Inquiries group, Maintenance history. Procedure 1. On the Object details page, expand the 'Maintenance history' section. View rental information of object View rental information of object In the DynaRent Mobile app, you can view the rental history of an object. The rental history shows to which customers the object was rented and when it was rented. The rental history is sorted from latest to older. Procedure 1. View upcoming maintenance for object

Based on the maintenance plans, as defined for an object in D365 FO, upcoming maintenance on the object is known. You can view the upcoming maintenance in the DynaRent Mobile app.

So, the upcoming maintenance as shown is only based on the applicable maintenance plans. So, no other scheduled tasks on the object are shown.

View maintenance history of object

You can view the maintenance history of the object. The maintenance history shows the past maintenance tasks for the object.

In the maintenance history, the maintenance history records are shown that exist for the object in D365 FO. You can find the maintenance history in D365 FO on the Business objects page, Action Pane, Maintenance tab, Inquiries group, Maintenance history.

View rental information of object

Field engineer

In the DynaRent Mobile app, you can view the rental history of an object. The rental history shows to which customers the object was rented and when it was rented.

The rental history is sorted from latest to older.
